What are the benifits of practicing Taekwondo?
As with everything, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

In addition, many students have noticed a sharp rise in their school results after starting Taekwondo.
Grandmaster Kwon is a genuine 8th Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt (Achieved March 2005).
He is eager to pass on his legendary skills, and believes that the practice of taekwondo is not about violence, but increasing personal well-being. Grandmaster Kwon is the only Korean master training in the Penrith area.
